Last minute reminder to get down to the Dirty Water Club tonight, Friday, April 29th, to see and hear (1st on) Electric  Lights Flashing Very Fast, from New York, who I saw last night in Brixton..VERY different and entertaining. Jason, guitarist with ELFVF was a guest on last weeks show...The Staggers on next are great garage/trash from Austria and last on, SSM from Detroit.
Tomorrows live guest will be another one man band, Honkeyfinger, playing some amazing fuzz peddle steel guitar live in the Resonance FM studio on the Trash Can.

Come on yer boozos! Somebody come up with a cool poll to replace the test one we are now all sick and tired of!!! Right now I must recuperate after the total chaos during the Trash Can show today which if you listened in you will know! I am going to rush the archive onto the system as soon as i can as I have to listen to it myself and might as well copy it for all to appreciate what a tough job it is getting things the way you want it sometimes! The 2 engineers did an amazing job under the circumstances and apologies to anyone who tried to tune in on the regular radio and couldn't get a signal for part of the show. My special thanks to the KoKo's and the fabDollsquad and you will hear them both do 3 numbers each live on the show very soon. They played brilliantly and the engineers Michael and Ashley (sorry if I got the name wrong!) were simply brill getting both bands to soundcheck and get a great sound for their live preformances..Soon..you will hear it all including all the problems along the way!  Make a comment if you listened in and tell me what you thought of the sound....

Whoever can come up with a good poll will get some goodies sent to them F.O.C.. I have some of the original Box of Trash CD's, some different bands who have donated some CD's and possibly a pair of my old socks. I only put the current poll up to see it working and we need some comments and some suggestions..come on and pull yer lazy fingers out!

Having spoken with both the Dollsquad and with the KoKo's it has been confirmed that they will both use the same equipment, thanks to the wonderful KoKo's and so we will be graced with a few numbers from both bands and some great dialogue in the studio in between..Don't miss this show!

Hi everyone! I have just returned from a short break in the States and have I got a great show this Saturday. Of course The KoKo's are still going to play live but if you had listened a few weeks back I played a few numbers by a tuff Aussie gal band, Dollsquad and guess what! They are in town now to play a few gigs and posibly might come up to have a chat on Saturday as well..maybe..and I mean maybe because it has to be confirmed with the 2 groups, but we might have both bands do a few live numbers if they can share the equipment and get on OK (4 lovely gals and 3 guys..MMmmm!!!)  Tonight (Thursday April 13th) the Dollsquad are playing at The Good Ship in Kilburn and tomorrow they will be playing at the Dirty Water Club.

Junk Box  were in the studio on the 18th and though I was 1/2 dead from the great gig the night before, they lifted my spirits and made my day! All 3 were there including their manager so listen in on Thursday for the repeat at 8am.
